I had a 1hp Hayward pool pump that disintegrated on me. After looking for the best price on the internet I found Ottawa Valley Pools. I actually had never heard of them. I called and Brian answered. I got my pump and seals paid for at 11:15 that morning. Early in the afternoon I already received the pump. installed it that evening and voila. Great service. Much appreciated.

Needed a Hayward Salt Chlorinator as my old Hayward T15 was toast. Did get 16 years of loyal service out of her. Talked to Brian, who sold me a T940, a newer version of the T15. I asked Brian if the T940 would be compatible with my old Aquarite System of 16 years. He said it should work, however, in case it did not, he sold me a new/updated motherboard. He told me if the T940 produced chlorine without swapping out the old motherboard, I could return the new motherboard for a full refund. Installed the T940 (without replacing the old motherboard), and Brian reimbursed me for the unused part. Highly recommend Ottawa Valley Pools for all your pool parts, etc, (at great) prices. A hidden gem at Hunt Club Rd and Bank St.

They are very efficient and get the job done.

Really good service. They replaced all our pool equipment (pump, filter, heater). Work was done very well. It was a bit tricky to install the pool timer, but Brian made sure to return to get it set up right. Really happy with the work.

Ottawa Valley Pools was recommended by Aaron at Ottawa Comfort (another great business). Brian at Ottawa Valley Pools responded quickly, booked my pool heater installation and actually installed one day earlier than expected and let me know the earlier date. Brian installed the heater while I was at work and he was to contact me if necessary. I did not receive a call and on arriving home I assumed he had not installed the new heater because none of my patio chairs, tables were out of place. Brian had come in and completed the work! He removed the old heater and did such an amazing job. He left my place so clean and everything in place, no rubbish left anywhere. It was amazing. The gas was hooked up by Aaron at Ottawa Comfort quickly. Ottawa Valley Pools deserves 10 out of 10 stars and Aaron at Ottawa Comfort just as amazing. It was a pleasure dealing with such two great businesses.

Excellent company! We have been using them for about 3 years for pool opening and closing. This year we needed both a liner and new heater. In spite of COVID shortages, Brian was able to locate and install them in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to recommend Ottawa Valley Pools to anyone.
